Not unlike myself, my work is infused with bold colours and kitschy details. I have a passion for storytelling and write stories on the side, which bleeds into my designs, giving each illustration its own unique personality. I aim to capture my ideas on canvas, translating them through style, colour and composition in a way, that is meant to enrapture the viewer.
With both my parents working in the creative field, I have not only grown up surrounded by art, but also travelled all around the world. Nowadays, I spend a lot of my summers in our residency in the countryside of Japan, further honing my craft away from the hustle and bustle of my regular life.
Art has always been a way for me to express myself, though it was only when I discovered digital art that I became serious about it. I’ve spent years diligently improving my skills, often drawing for hours everyday as I try to put all my ideas down. Developing a style, that is not only recognizable, but also representative of myself.
